Client Service Internship

Responsibilities

  • Assist the operation team in managing daily client communications (email, chat, meetings, etc).
  • Ensure all client requests, needs, and feedback are communicated clearly to the operational team.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the team in maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients.
  • Help identify potential issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
  • Act as a facilitator to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably from Communication,
  • Business Administration, Marketing, and Management majors).
  • Active in organizations or event committees.
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to learn fast regarding NoLimit Products (Dashboard, Care, etc).
  • Good time management and highly responsive.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work on-site from 9 to 5 in Bandung.
