Responsibilities

  • Assist recruitment process (screening CV, scheduling interviews)
  • Support People & Office administration & documentation
  • Assist onboarding & employee data management
  • Support internal people programs & office activities
  • Help with daily People & Office operational tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, Management, HR, Communication, or related majors)
  • Strong interest in People & Office / Human Resources
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Available for 3-6 months internship
  • Willing to work on-site
